Install

Put the cursors to work

On Windows 11

  1. Download the Windows bundle and unzip it somewhere you can find again.
  2. Right-click install.inf and choose Install (under Show more options if you do not see it). Accept the administrator prompt.
  3. Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse > Additional mouse settings.
  4. On the Pointers tab, pick Studio Cursor Outline under Scheme and press Apply.

To go back, pick Windows Default (system scheme) in the same list. The Windows 11 guide covers setting cursors one by one and fixing a scheme that keeps resetting.

On a website

  1. Download the web bundle and copy its PNGs and cursors.css into one folder on your site.
  2. Link the stylesheet, then add a class such as cursor-hand to any element.
HTML
<!-- in <head> -->
<link rel="stylesheet" href="/cursors/cursors.css">

<!-- then on any element -->
<a class="cursor-hand" href="/pricing/">See pricing</a>

Or copy a single rule for one cursor, with the path to wherever you put the PNG:

CSS
.cta {
  cursor: url("/cursors/hand-32.png") 11 2, pointer;
}
