Cursor maker
Draw a cursor or start from your own image, place the hotspot, and save it for the web or for Windows.
Converter
An icon file has no hotspot, so Windows will not use it as a cursor. Give it one here, choose which of its sizes to keep, and download a proper .cur.
Or drop it here. A .cur works too, if you want to change its hotspot or drop some sizes.
Choose an icon and every size you keep appears here, with its hotspot ringed in red.
Your file
Your icon is read in this browser tab and is not sent to our server. Each size you keep is copied pixel for pixel into a cursor file, with the hotspot you set scaled to fit that size.
Renaming an .ico to .cur is not enough, because the file still says it is an icon; this writes a real cursor file instead.
